At Greenoak Vault, our jewelry is designed to be worn and loved every day. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and are committed to ensuring they remain part of your collection for years to come.

• Complimentary Repairs: If you receive an item from Greenoak Vault that is defective, we will happily repair it within 30 days of purchase at no cost, provided you have proof of purchase.
• General Repairs: For jewelry that has been damaged through normal wear, whether purchased directly from us or through one of our retail partners, we are glad to assist with repairs. A service fee may apply, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our team.
• Repair Process: To begin, please complete and submit our repair form. A member of our client care team will contact you within 7 business days with next steps and any applicable fee details. No work will be performed until you’ve approved the repair and payment has been processed.
• Timeline: Please allow a minimum of 45 days for repairs to be completed.
