Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Exchanges are offered to accommodate sizing adjustments or a change of style and are subject to availabIlity.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

Returns

Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds at this time.

This policy allows us to maintain quality, pricing integrity, and small-batch production.

Personalized & Custom Pieces

All personalized and custom bracelets are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or return.

Wear & Care

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Normal wear over time is expected, especially when bracelets are stacked regularly.

Damage caused by stretching, snagging, chemicals, or improper care (including water exposure for pearl styles) is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
