Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
